HCP
If you’re aged 65 or older and have noticed a bit of slowing down, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package. It’s designed to help you stay independent and supported at home — for the long term.
There are no restrictions based on citizenship or residency — so whether you’re a permanent resident or not, you can still access care.

HCP
家庭护理配套（HCP）的资格标准是什么？

评估过程中会发生什么？
评估员将到您家中拜访，与您讨论您的健康状况、生活方式，以及您完成日常家务的情况。这有助于他们为您推荐最合适的服务。评估员可能会介绍您所在地区可提供帮助的服务机构，并可直接将推荐发送至您选择的服务提供商。
评估员还可以向您提供有关养老服务潜在费用的信息，包括如何获取所需的详细资料。评估过程也是您提出问题的机会，例如您可以表达对接受服务的任何担忧，包括文化背景方面的考虑。您也可以在评估期间请家人或朋友陪同在场。
足病治疗、物理治疗、脊椎治疗和水疗服务可以报销吗？
• 因年龄相关的功能衰退而需要，且无法通过残障支持服务获得
• 用于评估辅助器具和设备的需求
